PATIENT GROUP
Patient Representative Groups are one of the ways that the practice can engage with patients. On a daily basis we listen to patients attending for appointments. We learn from concerns raised - as well as from praise for the things we do well. In addition to disussing a wide variety of patient-related matters, patient groups can focus on helping to advise on how we can make improvements to services. We have both a face to face patient group & a virtual online patient group
Please contact the practice for the date of the next meeting, if you would like to attend or just feed comments in as a virtual member.
If you are unable to attend meetings, you can still participate by emailing us your opinion. We would like our group to represent our patient community and we therefore would like to see involvement from younger patients, people from non-British ethnic groups and a cross-section of people from all backgrounds.
